Brief: Office upgrade for McLaren Group
Scope of works:
- complete strip out of two storey design office in Working Business Park
- internal water services upgrade
- original 6000 litre sectional cold water storage tank retained with new Dutypoint two stage booster set
- new boosted cold water pipework feeding 2 no toilet blocks to first floor and 3 no to ground floor
- installation of new sanitaryware consisting of
- 26 Villeroy & Boch Archictura back to wall pans complete with Geberit push plate concealed cisterns
- 25 Contour 21 wall mounted hand rinse basins complete with Concept Blue mixer tap
- 10 urinals
- 2 x 4 metre 4 tap stainless steel wash troughs
- 2 shower cubicles
- 2 disabled Doc M toilet suites
- 4 cleaners sinks
- Hot water provided by 4 no Heatrae Sadia 50 litre 3kW Multipoint heaters.
- All hot water pipework from heaters to taps insulated and trace heated.
- All new above ground drainage.
