What areas do we cover?

Evenheat is based in Leigh-on-Sea in Southend, Essex. While we are nationwide experts in heating and ventilation, our main areas of work include London and the South East.

Do we do domestic work?

At Evenheat we have been specialising in commercial plumbing for over 25 years and try to stick to our expertise. We will happily take on large-scale residential work, such as sizeable properties or new build estates.

Do you clean up after the job is completed?

As standard we will run a full chlorination of the water systems to guarantee their cleanliness and safety. A chlorination certificate will be provided after the service and disinfection has been successfully carried out.

Upon completion of a job we will always run through with you to ensure your satisfaction.

What is the Gas Safe Register and does my plumber have to be registered?

The Gas Safe register is the official list of gas engineers who are registered and qualified to work safely and legally on boilers, cookers, fires and all other gas appliances.

By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. Do not employ someone who is not on the list.

Our Gas Safe number is: 30488

How much will it cost?

This question is pretty unanswerable as it has many variables; the end price depends on the size of the job, the services you require as well as the products you choose – amongst other indicators.

We can, however, guarantee complete transparency when it comes to the breakdown of your costs.

When do you need commercial plumbing services?

You will need commercial plumbing services for any job that is larger than an average residential bathroom or kitchen; this could be a pub, bar, restaurant, office or even a hotel. Commercial plumbing systems have more complex design and maintenance than average residential plumbing. A problem in one area could indicate a need for closer inspection of the entire commercial plumbing system.

When it comes to large scale plumbing it is always best to choose specialist commercial plumbers.
